Terms of Service

Our Guarantee:
Simply put, we don’t have one. Well, not in the traditional sense anyway. We look at it this way; your domain is unique and will likely offer hurdles other domains do not. You may have a domain with a strong competitive set for keywords or of a topic with hard to generate content. In cases like these will work hard to optimize your domain and generate as much income as possible. However, we cannot guarantee returns and hope you can understand why.

One thing we are certain of; you will see appreciable gains in profit compared to your traditional parking service. And, over time as the site gains in popularity for it’s fresh content, we expect traffic to increase thus profit for both of us. If you are not satisfied, we will help you select a parking company that may better serve you and your domain(s).

Refund Policy:
Our refund policy pertains only to the initial setup fee of $325. Buildsout.com will refund all or a portion of the setup fee on a case-by-case basis. After a site is completed and accepted by the buyer no refunds will be issued. Refunds are not relevant to the commission we make for managing your domain(s).

Management Policy:
You are under no contract when having Buildsout.com manage your domain(s) through BuildsOut and Benefit Plan I. You can choose to have us stop management at any time. In this case, we will payout dividends owed up to the date we last managed your domain(s). If you cover the difference of our standard build fee minus our profits, then you take the custom-built website with you.

Privacy Policy:
At Buildsout.com we consider the privacy of our customers paramount to doing good business. We are strong opponents of those who proliferate Spam. We value the information you share with us and can be assured we will take every precaution to protect your information. We do not practice in selling customer information to third parties. We do reserve the right to place a small text link back to Buildsout.com on the pages we design and manage for you.
