What is my revenue share should I signup?
It depends on the nature of the agreement between BuildsOut.com and the domain
name owner. Our packages offer various revenue share plans with domain name
owners. The revenue shares range between 50% and 100%.

If I signup are there any up front fees?
It depends on some factors. Looking at our packaged plans there are build outs
available for $325 up front. However, it is not a requirement to pay anything up
front and still have your domain participate in our program.

header and footer to inquire about alternative plans.

How do I point my domain to BuildsOut.com?
Once we are ready to go live with your website you will need to enter your
registrar control panel and point the domain name to custom name servers. Our
name servers are:

What are Name Servers?
Simply put, name servers are used to point to the server in which the web pages
will be hosted on. Typically, people use a hosting company to display their
websites. The host provides the name servers.

We make money through sharing revenue with our clients and building websites. If
you have other ideas to generate revenue for BuildsOut.com, we are all ears.

You come to an agreement or sign up for a plan through BuildsOut.com and let us
optimize your domain for the purposes of getting the highest revenue possible.

What types of plans does BuildsOut.com offer domain name owners?

path for a domain name owner to use BuildsOut.com for domain development.

If I don’t like the plans offered can we negotiate an alternative plan?
Absolutely. The plans we list are available to those who qualify, but we are
open to discuss other options with potential clients if they are very passionate
about building out their domain(s)

Are there contracts involved with signing up?
Not necessarily. It depends on the nature of our agreement. All non-packaged
plans will require a contract. If the client pays the up front development fee
of $325 then no contract is required.

When do I get paid?
We will negotiate this with the individual domain name owner. We will not be
managing large domain portfolios and we understand different clients like
different payment schedules. If a specific payment plan is not in place we will
payout every (30) days on accounts with more than $25 accrued.

How do I get paid?
You will be sent a check.

Where do you get the “fresh and unique” content for my domain?
We have a number of resources for creating content. By our definition, “fresh”
content can be provided through the addition of an RSS feed or other source,
which rotates the content on a regular basis (usually a daily basis). “Unique”
content is researched, created, and displayed only on your website. We have
experienced staff and contractors who provide the unique content for our client
sites. Oh, and you can also provide content for your pages!

Which advertisers does BuildsOut.com use?
We will be using a combination of Google and Yahoo! as advertising channels. In
addition, we will be implementing a system, which allows us to have advertisers
bid on keywords that we set the minimum price on. There will be more to follow
on this program.

How does BuildsOut.com generate traffic for my domain?
We generate traffic through good old fashion elbow grease. We do all the heavy
lifting, design, search engine optimization, keyword and content building, and
back linking. We analyze your domain as it is being developed, so we can assess
what is working and what is not. We make adjustments as needed, creating an
environment for your domain to be noticed.

How is BuildsOut.com better than parking?
The answer to this question is relative to your goals as a domain name owner. If
you have domain names representing subject matter you are passionate about or
have a good domain that already generates good profit when parked, then our
program may be for you. If you can fill a niche space, which is relatively
untapped, development likely is the better choice. If you are a large domain
name portfolio owner then we feel parking is probably the better choice. In any
case developing a domain name will definitely lead to higher revenue and we
share more of the revenue with our clients.
